Charlie did a great job, thank you

Charlie did a great job replacing the fence post. Plus he was punctual, communicated brilliantly throughout and left the site clean and tidy. I would really recommend hiring Charlie.

Charlie and his team did a really good job and the new patio was to a good finish. He discussed varying options and provided helpful ideas to give a good finish and an area we can now put to good use

I called Charlie over 20 times with no answer. I bought materials, he sent a quote, I accepted the quote and started preparation for the job and then he sent me a picture of his broken leg on WhatsApp. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited for over a month - still nothing.

what can I say about Charlie. He may have glowing reports and communication with him is excellent but beware if a job which is more attractive to him than yours comes up he will let you down with an excuse such as the van has broken down or he has Covid. Shame really as samples of his work look very good and I was looking forward to having my gate fixed by him but I have been let down three times now and sadly I am left with a gate hanging off its hinges and no hope of having it fixed which was supposed to be today. By the way, I never leave reviews and this the first one ever but I think the way I have been treated warrants being told as it is.

Charlie done a great job putting up new fence in the garden. Recommend them, nice guys, fair price and done a good job what more can you ask for.

Charlie was great - good communication, fair pricing and turned up on time as scheduled. Work done to the required standard. Zero complaints and a very positive experience. Would recommend.

I needed my garden fence replaced after storm damage. Charlie and crew were able to do the job at short notice. They arrived on time and were efficient and professional at all times. Afterwards they cleared away all the rubbish and broken fences to dispose of it. The work was finished to a high standard and Charlie even fixed my front garden gate without charge, which was nice of him. I would definitely recommend TFA TRADES.

Really pleased with the job. Communication throughout was clear, and the problem was fixed.
