My feedback is actually "exceptionally" positive. Ben and his team (Scott - tiler, Lee/Josh- painters, Sam & Kaz - extra helping hands) are amazing. This young group of guys understand how to be professional, hardworking and quick. They came up with creative solutions to problems, and always worried about how much it was going to cost me - not just trying to find the easy way out. I have never enjoyed working with people as much as this group. At the end, I felt that they were as excited about the transformations in my house as I was. I felt comfortable giving them a key and free reign to come and go as they needed. The quality of the work is also top notch. The project scope was enormous - especially in light of the fact that they really only had about 2 weeks to really get the work done. We have a few touch up things to do (mainly because other projects going on in my house got in their way) but otherwise we made our deadline with little to no stress. I also felt that their prices were incredibly competitive. I look forward to having more stuff to do in the house because I know I am in good hands. I have rarely seen a work ethic like this in anyone else I have encountered while living in the UK. Really good and knowledgeable firm, they did a very professional job and knew what they were doing. I needed this as my system is quite complicated and I'd had another plumber in before who it was simply a bit too much for.
