We hired Dave and his team to construct our double story side and rear extension plus an extension over the garage and a full garage conversion which took just over 3 months. Dave was very competitive in his quote but the fact that we built a great relationship during the planning process and Dave gave us lots of advice we knew we were going with his him from the start. We decided to live in the house whilst the work was being carried out and we really enjoyed having the team here, even the dog looked forward to seeing them and Mick was always looking out to ensure he didn’t get out and run off. The team would all arrive at 8am every day and I never had any issues with the amount of work they did each day and always kept me updated with progress and they cleared up and hosed down the drive every night and left the garden safe for the kids and the dog over the weekends. One of our priorities was to not upset or inconvenience our neighbours and they were all very impressed with the lack of disruption. Dave co-ordinated everything and ensured that any additional trades or materials were on site exactly when expected we even had a few weekends when the plasters and carpenters came in over the weekend to ensure we stayed on schedule. We are extremely happy with the end result and we would have no hesitation in recommending Dave, Ken, Mick, Lewis, Connor, Andy and Colin who make a great team who take a lot of pride in their work and are great blokes to have around.

Dave and team completed a full kitchen renovation project for us even though we were unsure of the final design right up until the day the work started. Everyone worked extremely hard and overcame the inevitable minor problems with professionalism and good grace. Suggestions and improvements came thick and fast and the end result far exceeded our expectations. The team come highly recommended as a dependable unit capable of handling any job. We will use them again with pleasure.

No need to interview any other builders, if Dave shows an interest in your project then simply hire them. Their pricing, all through not the chaepaest, is competitive and reflects the high quality of their workmanship. They were on site EVERYDAY without fail and worked weekends over Christmas to ensure our heating was functioning. The company covers all disciplines within domestic construction so you dot not have to worry about fannying around with a plumber, heating engineer, plasterer etc afte ryou have had the main building work done - its a one stop shop. Qulaity of work is excellent and Dave will keep you posted on any issues they find as the build progresses. Ken deals with the electrics and kitchen\bathroom side of things and has an excellent product knowledge and an eye for design and detailing. We would definitely recommend and will use again without question.

Did my bathroom, put in a walk in shower and a new sink and tilled the walls - we are very, very pleased with it - he did an excellent job and it was done in the time he said. We are very happy to recommend him.
