Michael was professional, prompt and polite. The repointing job to the side elevation of our two and half storey house took the three weeks he said it would and looked good on completion. The scaffolding needed to be erected on our neighbour's property and he was very considerate of them throughout, even doing little extra bits at no extra charge.
