Constructed a new three bedroomed dwelling.
David was the main contractor for my new build house in north London. The project was a 100 sqm new build house comprising 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The scheme was relatively complex due to the nature of the site which was small, narrow - 3.5m wide at most- and with limited access and storage. The project was completed to budget, and although beyond program there were mitigating circumstances which were dealt with at final account in a reasonable and professional manner. The final product was finished well and David and his team showed a good understanding of the standard of finish required.
