Felipe responded to my request quickly and did all the checks to make sure that the wall I'm planning to remove is safe to demolish. He offered practical advice and a reasonable price.

We hired bischelle Excellent customer service always responded to my calls and messages, had a couple of hiccups with the building's regulation from ealing council due to our mistake, con directed us all the way through and told us explained to us what was needed. Overall a brilliant experience and very thankful to Felipe and his team for a prompt and excellent service tailored to our requirement. We needed structural calculations for a small side extension and with Felipe’s in-depth expertise, we have managed to come up with an even better plan than previously envisaged. Above all, at a very reasonable price!.

Just to let you all know. It is difficult to please me and getting feedback from me is more difficult. When I hired Felipe after seeing so many positive feedback, I was still unsure as this was my first project but Felipe was very helpful and answered all my queries and clarified all my doubts. He and his team was approachable and done the best job possible. His design was impeccable. His suggestions were valuable and thus my application sailed through planning permission without a single change.
