I have used Bischell for floor plans and full planning application for my extension. They are very amicable, prompt and approachable. Overall I have had a very good experience with them and would recommend them to others.

We hired Felipe to draw up plans for an ambitious wrap around ground floor extension with complete internal redesign for our flat. The designs they produced were spot on, with only a couple of minor tweaks we were able to submit to planning. Despite the ambitious plan the application sailed through planning securing approval on time. It was great to work with Felipe, he was flexible and listened well to deliver exactly to the brief we were looking for with an innovative design. We would definitely use him again. He has a great team and they communicated with us well. Thanks!

Felipe took on the job against a very tight time line and completed the work in time, with quality. he is very enthusiastic with his work, very supportive with client/council planning queries. I finally got my planning permission application approved with no hassle! Job well done! Thanks to Felipe.

Complications but got there in the end...on planning permission side but engineer stuck by.

Excellent service. They were recommended to me by a friend of mine who is a planning officer. I felt looked after as one of the architects in the team held my hand from the outset, It was a long journey due to the councils slow process but they pushed hard to get the planning approved. they clearly understood both what we ideally wanted as well as the constraints that we had in terms resources budget and time. They were both creative and collaborative. I particularly like the fact that I was assured at every stage and given confidence that all would be ok.

I was happy with the job done, although the church decided not to progress with it.

An all round great team to work with. They quickly understood what we were trying to achieve and were patient with us through revisions we needed. Went the extra mile to give us the layout we wanted inspite of some limitations that meant it would have been the easy option to just make cuts to our brief. Feels like they are in it with you. Especially when dealing with the council!

Hired Felipe and his team to do plans for us. Smooth process no problems. After which we needed engineering drawings done. We had a real problem here with there being a tree close to the extension which i had been told would need us doing 2m foundations perhaps even pilling. Without the budget for this, this was a problem but the guys came up with a proposal that would avoid us having to go down this route and they secured building regs for us with no hassle. I was also able to avoid party wall. All in all probably saved us around 5k in costs so there service paid for iteself. The service we got from them was 1st class, always on the ball, never had to chase them & the extra time their designers spent with us was invaluable and much appreciated.
