I am extremely pleased with the work that Build-It carried out. Gary and his team are very professional and do what they say within the time scales agreed. The job was thorough and Gary communicated throughout the whole process. I would use Build-It again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other home owners.

Gary and his team completed a kitchen extension and a total refurbishment and re-fitting of our kitchen, this included, plumbing, electrical, re-plastering, re-fitting of the kitchen, decoration and patio paving. Gary was very honest, helpful, understanding, efficient and was always available to answer one’s queries and not adverse to any changes. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard, was planned well and we were kept informed of all major developments. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gary as he’s a Consummate Professional.

We used Gary to build a single storey extension and were impressed from the word go. He provided us with regular updates during the project and was always at the end of the phone if we had any concerns - Gary's communication is 'top notch'. He kept the disruption to an absolute minimum and the quality of the work was of a high spec. The work was carried out on time (they even turned up in the snow!) and within budget. Having a young family, meant my wife was at home with the children throughout the works and she felt totally at ease with Gary and his team around the house. A good job well done!

We own a 240 year old house and were keen for the work to be done in a manner sympathetic to the age & style of the property. We had a two storey extension built. The ground floor had an inglenook using old bricks to match the rest of the property, & doors out onto a patio. Gary went out of his way to locate roof tiles that were a perfect match. The build itself was done to a very high standard. Every person excelled in their role, & were polite & friendly. The build was finished in time & on budget. Gary gave me regular updates, & kept me in the picture from start to finish. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
