Gary and the team did a fantastic job of our extension, we increased the size of our detached house by 40+%, two storey and single storey elements. We chose to live on site throughout the work (5 months) to minimise costs, Gary worked closely with us on all aspects of the project and ensured normal life was able to continue. We are very happy with the finished result, we would definitely use Gary and the team again on the future.

Gary and his team produced a 2 story extension ahead of time and on budget,always capable and able to guide you through the progress, discussions were useful as to ideas and layouts all at build it you feel comfortable to trust and deliver your dream. no hesitation to recommend them and will use again. many thanks to Gary and his team.

Gary and Dave at Build It Ltd have been excellent through out the project. They coped comfortably with the construction of 2 new-build houses, which were both finished on time and on budget. The quality is lovely, with both units being sold within days of going on the market. Any issues that arose on site were dealt with sensibly, with plenty of good ideas offered when we needed inspiration. I would definitely use Build It again, and would recommend their services.

The rear extension and loft conversion work Gary and his team undertook is of a very high quality. The tradesman were very polite and always happy to explain what was happening during the build. Gary has made this build relatively stress free,the communication through the process was brilliant with regular updates on the progress of the build. Any issues that occurred during the build were dealt with, with little fuss or concern to Myself or my wife. The build was completed within the agreed time and cost. Our family would like to thank Gary and his team for the outstanding job they have done and we would not hesitate to highly recommend Build it developments Ltd to friends and family.

Gary and the team at Build It did a great job. The loft was started and finished on time, completed on budget and to the spec. The project was very professionally managed throughout by Gary, with plenty of communication. All of the team were very courteous and considerate throughout. Special mention to Tom for his attention to detail and always wanting to make sure that every decision we or the team made was the best one for us. Will certainly be using Gary and Build It again, and will heartily recommend the company to anyone else.

With Gary and his team's help our recent two storey extension was finished in time and in budget. Gary himself is always happy to help, advise and recommend how we should progress. The communication throughout the project has been superb, the team has been very courteous, undisruptive and trustworthy. We liked how they all presented and introduced themselves, and told us what they were doing. Everything went very smoothly. From the first meeting to the finished project, we had no issues or concerns at all. Gary had all the resources he needed, so we didn't need to hire any additional tradesmen. Brilliant project management throughout. We can't recommend BuildIt and Gary enough. We are so impressed with the build quality and all, that we will definately hire them again (later in 2015) when we have the next extension planned.

We have just completed a two storey front extension build and are so pleased to have found Build It on this site! Gary and his team worked so hard to complete the build before I gave birth to our second daughter. The build was completed ahead of schedule, on budget and to a good standard. The whole process was very smooth and Gary organised everything very well. There were people on site most days and the trades followed on from each other relatively seamlessly. Considering I was heavily pregnant, I think it says it all to say that we weren't at all stressed by the build and found all the people that worked at the house a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended this firm to several friends and plan to use them again in the near future.

Really pleased that we chose to work with Gary and his team. From start to finish we've been really impressed with their work and the finished product is something we're really proud of. The work was finished on time, and on budget - and has been a positive talking point amongst our neighbours too! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Build it ably completed a two storey extension this year, according to plan and on time and budget. The shape was non-rectangular which meant awkward angles had to be constructed in corners. Impressive features included Gary, the boss, returning phones texts and emails promptly and helpfully. Builders seemed to take a pride in their work. We wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and fully recommend them.
