Really enjoyable experience. Gary was really friendly and adaptable, providing cost saving ideas and working closely to a tight budget. Fab team, really happy guys on site, always left the place clean and tidy after each day and progressed quickly. Really couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks 😀

Gary and the team did a great job, professional throughout. From quotation through to completion they were always communicative and delivered as expected - their quote was fair, not the cheapest but in line with our expectation based on the range of quotes we had, and they came in on budget and kept us informed of what was happening along the way. Their tradesmen are great, the snags were sorted without question, all knew their area and were regulars for build-it whether they worked for build-it or from a professional contractor. Brickies, electricians, plasterers, carpenters all did a great job, knew their trade, and they delivered as expected. From the very beginning, we were comfortable in having them around the property. Building can be quite intrusive when they in your home for months! Build-it were great - good humor and communicative throughout. Would highly recommend them.

Gary & his team (Build it) are brilliant. From start to finish the project went smoothly with no hiccups and finished before the finish date Gary said initially. He drew up a contract which clearly showed the payments at various stages. The quality of the work was very good. They were all very professional. Gary was always very prompt with communications and kept us up to date with the plan for the coming week. He always replied to e mails quickly. He was very accommodative of all our requests and suggested the best options at various stages. The building site was always left clean at the end of every day and finally cleaned up well when the build finished. I will recommed Gary and team for any constructions and gladly use them in future.Thankyou very much Gary & team.

I would like to thank Gary and the whole team that worked at my house. They started on time, were very professional and met each deadline. We had a two story rear extension built by Gary and the team at Build It Developments. From the outset prior to work starting Gary and the team were very helpful and made useful suggestions based on his extensive experience. Gary is very easy to work with and trustworthy and once the build started the team were punctual and respectful of the fact that a family was still living onsite. All of the team were helpful and professional - we did encounter problems as often is the case with many builds which delayed the completion of the job but Gary's communication was consistently good throughout and we would happily use Build It Developments again for any future projects. A big thank you to Gary and the team.

From the initial enquiry through to completion Gary and his team have been very helpful, giving sound guidance, completing the work to a very high standard against the agreed timelines and at the price quoted. Gary was very helpful throughout and work was completed quickly and to a good standard. Workmen turned up when they said they would and there was barely a weekday when someone wasn't on site from start to finish; job was therefore completed ahead of schedule -despite Christmas in the middle of the build time. I am very pleased with the finished extension, which looks even better than I imagined it would. I would recommend 'Build it Developments' to anyone with a similar project.

We selected Gary from a number of builders, not only based on price but also on the impression he gave in our meetings, he was very personable and knowledgeable. We agreed the work to be completed and Gary produced a contract that was very clear including a payment schedule. Gary was always available to answer any queries we had during the build. The build came in spot on budget and well within the original timescales and the quality of workmanship was very good. There were one or two minor issues but these were resolved without any problems at all. Gary's team were very friendly and also very considerate of our neighbours. I would use Gary and his team again and would recommend him to anyone considering building work.
