I think from the moment we met Barry we knew he was the right man for the job! When he came to price up he was friendly, polite and I felt immediately that we could trust him and the price was brilliant! The job was completed in a day with minimal disruption. I would definately recommend BBK and we will continue to use them in the future.

Professional and polite at a good price. Barry visited an hour or so early on the off chance someone would be at my rented property, but unfortunately the tenant would not answer, so he returned at arranged time only to find the tenant had now left, so still could not gain access, however Barry willingly waited 20 further minutes for me to drive over to let him in. The certification was completed promptly and he also followed up with a quote for some additional work I wanted to the condensate pipework. Very pleased with both his work, the prompt quotation for further work, and not least the way in which he patiently handled the access issue without any complaint.

Great job by Barry, will definitely call him for any future job.

I cannot recommend Barry and BBK highly enough - since posting my job, Barry has been communicative and helpful. He obviously knows his stuff and was able to talk me through the job and his quote. He worked hard and consistently the whole time he was here and completed the job in a professional yet personable way and to a very high standard.His price was extremely competative and was even lowered to reflect the reduction inthe job on the day. I won't hesitate to use him again.

I had been let down by a number of other engineers before,Barry was first class,true to his word about no call out fees unlike others I have experienced, he was punctual and did the job quickly and efficiently and a good price, seemed really knowledgable and a nice bloke. Very reliable and conscientious tradesmen sorted out some long standing problems on my heating system, would happily use again or provide reference.stuck to price also with no surprises.

Barry did a fab job. He tried really hard to repair our existing boiler and when we decided we would rather have a new one he had the job sorted with a couple of days. Each visit he was slightly early arriving (usually unheard of!!!)and worked really hard. He is an upfront person who is friendly and seems very honest. I feel we were fairly charged for the work done and we're pleased with the results. Barry is a very conscientious worker I would certainly recommend him
