Job was done well but job cost 70% more than the quote.

I was very pleased with my first contact with Chris. He was very efficient. He booked me in for the following Monday, which was great. He then called to cancel on that Monday because of a plumbing emergency somewhere else, and that was fine too. We rearranged for the following Friday, but no one turned up. I called and texted Chris, but he only replied 4 hours later! The plumbers eventually arrived at 2pm instead of 8am. They got on with the job, but looked very keen to get it done quickly. It was a shame in the end, as I had a very good first contact with the company.

Good service thank you

Didn't turn up on the day agreed, and no communication to explain or to rearrange. Turned up the following day unannounced when I wasn't home. Arranged for them to return the next day, which they did. Once on-site, the job was completed quickly, efficiently and to a good standard. The initial invoice was incorrect but was quickly corrected and reissued.

An excellent job done within a few days of our first enquiry. Arrived on time, did the work to a high standard and with the minimum of disruption. Highly recommended.
