Shem was fantastic and we will hopefully use him again for other jobs. The quote was fair and Shem made a lot of useful suggestions regarding things we had not previously thought of. He kept us well updated about when he could start and completed the job within the timeframe he estimated. He kept the area clean and tidy throughout. He also managed to do it all with a smile.

Przemek and Andrew carried out this work to a very high standard. Przemek designed and fitted a bespoke storage cupboard to my exact speficiations. Przemek will work with you to achieve the best look possible even if you are on a budget. Andrew completed the painting and the finish was precise and immaculate. They were clean, considerate and efficient. They were so quiet I was even able to work from home with no problems while they installed the cupboard. The whole thing took only 2 days. Consummate professionals. Overall very pleased.

Shem has done an absolurely fantastic job - both alcove shelving which looks second to none, and a large fitted wardrobe which has completely exceeded my expectations - we are very very pleased. He was friendly and always turned up on time, cleaned up any dust etc., and was helpful and knowledgable with choosing fixtures and paint. It was also very quick and he was flexible as to when he came around (we have odd working hours). I can't recommend him enough.

I've nothing but positive things to say about Arrow Carpentry. Shem provided a detailed quote including an illustration. Once I hired him, he was able to undertake the building of my TV unit and floating shelves as soon as I wanted, and displayed great skill in his work. He was very clean with his working, and kept me updated throughout the job. I would recommend him to others without a doubt.

Przemek done amazing job. I was looking for a while someone who would be brave enough to install bespoke shelving in our company van as it is tricky location. Highly recommended for everyone who want to have job done on schedule and within budget. Definitely will use Arrow Carpentry again.

Shem made some understairs shelves and a built in TV cupboard for us. The understairs shelves were in a confined space but the shelves are really well made and great storage. The alcove TV cupboard had to match existing cupboards and to fit around a number of sockets and electrical boxes. Shem's work was careful, thought through, well designed and well finished. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him and use him again when we need something else doing. He is also very clean and tidy, and polite and easy to deal with.

We had an excellent experience with Shem, who made a real effort to understand what we were after and offer options for the build. He has a nice eye for the aesthetics of the house we have and built the unit in keeping with the features of the house. Exceptionally considerate of our home, he kept the disruption and mess to a minimum and made sure the site was clean every evening on departure. He also has a very high level of expectation for his own work. Even though we weren't that worried about it, he insisted on an additional coat of paint on the new wardrobe to ensure that the finish and coverage was absolutely perfect. I recommend him highly. We are scheduling him in for further projects already.
