Even though I did not go ahead with the project I found Richard to be really knowledgeable and honest. He advised me on the plot and told me the concerns. It is thanks to him i did not lose £ thousands. Thanks Richard. I shall definitely contract you in the future projects.

I am very happy with Richards work on my extension project. From the start Richard was very helpful and suggested some good ideas. He has delivered everything on time and good quality. He has always been there to answer any queries and has been most helpful throughout. Also negotiated well with the council to achieve the best possible outcomes. Very happy to recommend.

From the first meeting I found Richard to be extremely helpful and he gave me a good idea of what I could and could not do upfront. Although I haven't seen my plans through due to unexpected circumstances, Richard went off and met up with Richmond Council so at least now I have a fairly clear idea of what is possible in the future in terms of planning. He was prepared to go the extra mile, and didn't force anything on me, leaving me to talk to other architects should I wish. I appreciated his professionalism, and the relationship that he has built and would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Although my project was relatively small (attic conversion, bathroom redesign and installation of a downstairs WC) Richard listened carefully to my requirements and produced a very workable design, in good time and at a good price, despite some space constraints in my house. I used another architect for a different project a few years ago and got a "take it or leave it, we know best" attitude. With Arc8 the design process was very interactive and I was very satisfied with the end-result. Their after-care service was also impressive, taking genuine interest in other aspects of the project, once the design-phase had been completed.

Considerable time and effort went into what could have been a complicated project. Richard was excellent at putting our minds at ease when it came to the Conservation rules we had to abide by, we thought that as a result of this, our design would have to be fairly minimal and mundane. However, Richard came to the table with plenty of ideas and really understood the needs of not only designing a comfortable family home, but creating an inspiring space. They went to great lengths to maintain the budget we gave them and we really felt looked after. Thank you Arc8 Projects, we will certainly be recommending you to our family and friends.

Truly excellent service. Richard listened to our very vague ideas and managed to manifest them on paper extremely quickly. He was very conscious of our tight budget and, his creative talent ensured the project came in on cost, and on time. We took on a renovation project to merge two cottages into one and build an extension. We were struggling for design ideas both inside and out. Arc 8 projects helped us come up with a design that was pleasing on the eye and a space that was both practical and user friendly for a young family. Added to which it was on time and on budget.
