Absolutely delighted Ali was brilliant and so helpful did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Radiant Gas.

Ali and John were brilliant from start to finish. For a start, they called me, and arranged for a time to come. Ali had some good ideas about how to repair my very ancient boiler and brought with him some spare parts so that he could swap them in and see which needed replacing and which didn't. In fact, when he came he quickly realised that the boiler needed to be replaced rather than repaired, and he explained why. He gave a competitive quote for installing a new boiler, advised me on what boiler to choose, and was able to come and complete the job the next day. The installation involved drilling a hole in the wall and creating a soakaway in the garden, so it was not straightforward. They made a big effort to make this a neat and careful job, with as little impact on my decor as possible. They waited patiently for a smart thermostat to be delivered, and made sure everything was done before they left. They cleaned the kitchen up very well, and made sure I understood how the warranty worked etc. I would highly recommend Radiant. Ali and John were also cheerful and polite and a pleasure to have around.

Changed radiator's valve and added Inhibitor in the system. Great result,friendly staff,reasonable price. Definitely recommended and I would be again a returning customer when I would need this company's services.

I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism of the team. Even though the job proved to be more complicated than expected they managed to get the boiler fixed promptly and in a cost effective way. Really impressed, will definitely use again.

Ionut was amazing even when things just didn't work he kept coming back. Very diligent and would not be beaten by my awful heating system. All working now thank you Ionut.
