Superb service from start to finish . E Mail within half an hour of being shortlisted and visited the following day making the roof safe even before the quote had been accepted . Agreed a price and start time for two days hence and turned up early. finishing the job off within the stated timeframe and leaving everything neat and tidy . Excellent first experience of my builder .

Adam has been nothing but incredibly professional throughout our entire experience with him. It's been incredibly refreshing. He sent a full quote via email, with a guarantee that his work would fix our leak. He charged a good price, turned up on time and with good safety gear. He allowed me to accompany him onto the roof to show me the problems he'd found. Between me contracting him to do the work and him coming, his communication was frequent and clear. He provided clear timings, reasons for any ambiguity (e.g. weather) and always responded to text/WhatsApp. When he attended to complete the work he provided photos and videos showing what he'd done. He couldn't complete on the first day because my car was in the way, so he returned later to finish. He even returned a third time to make a final correction to a poorly installed gutter (previous roofer) at no extra cost. I didn't hesitate to recommend Adam to a friend at work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. I'll definitely keep his details for future work :-) Jamie

Very professional attitude and easy to contact. Climbed up his ladder and thoroughly checked the required work before giving a quote. Stuck to the agreed time frame for the work. Work looks very good and no leaks since his repairs. Agreed to install a roof vent tile which he installed perfectly. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for any roof or chimney work.

I highly recommend Adam. Quick and friendly communication throughout the job, efficient and helpful assessment of the work that needed doing (capping a chimney and a couple of other small jobs), and from the helpful before and after pictures the work looks to be of very high quality.
