Andy turned up on time, did a brilliant job, cleaned up after himself. I have booked him for a couple of other jobs and I would recommend him to anyone

Door Chain
Andy arrived on time as he said. He fitted the door chain in quick time and did a good job. The PVCu door had dropped down which he adviced me about it and then he fixed that too. He also gave me his thoughts when I asked him about the upstairs floor boards. Andy is a friendly guy and would recommend him.

I arrived to fit two window and unfortuneatly one had been measured wrong so i had to redrill all the drainage holes in the relivant places and the fit the window the other up (in affect fit it upside down) it was easy enough to do but just shows that he should have let me measure up myself.
I then measured up for french doors and supplied and fitted within 3 weeks.
I've also fitted dripmolds above all the windows on the outside of the property to deflect the rail water from constently dripping on the window sills (this part of the job was completed 8 weeks ago and allthough i new i wouldn't be paid for so time i got on with it anyway because i've delt with him before and so relied on trust).
Andrew is an excellent tradesman, he has a lovely attitude. Very trustworthy and professional. Ray was always conscientious and tidy, he put sheets down and cleaned up after himself. His work was of a high standard and his prices were more than fair. In all a really nice chap. I will continue to use him and would recommend him to others.

I've done a double sized cellar conversion which i had to sort out an existing damp problem and then timber cladded the bottom 3ft of all the walls and add skirting and dado rail and also had to remake an internal door to fit an unusually short door frame.
I've replace windows and doors which included a breakthough to convert a small kitchen window into a pair of french doors and fanlight so i also had to put in new concrete lintols to extend the width.
I've removed a full hight back garden wall and made from scratch a bifolding gate which rolls on a wheel and is housed in a track at the top to allow access for off road parking.
I repaired a leaking porch roof by replacing the lead flashing.
Mark has recently bought a holiday challet in wales and i've had to remove alot of rotted timber and replace the complete deck which is elevated on a hillside complete with newel posts handrail and spindals.
I've also supplied and fitted the windows and doors to the callet and this time i've had to make two complete internal doors from scratch to fit uneven openings aswell as cut down and then redrill and fit a bifolding door.
I've just designed the kitchen and sorced, pre-paid and collected the belfast sink.
Mark intends on having enough money to have the kitchen done in the near future.
Andrew is a superb tradesman. The work he's carried out for us has been brilliant, really high standard. He's always clean, tidy and conscientious. His prices are very competitive and fair. Always punctual and professional, that's why I've continued to use him over the past few years. I would be more than happy to recommend him to other people.
