Alex and his brother were prompt, efficient and communicative. They are quite knowledgeable and did an excellent job even when the specifications changed mid-project (a note of caution; try to get all the project details agreed at the start of the project to avoid costly changes halfway through). Highly recommended builders.

AML Construction & Maintenance have recently taken down a landing ceiling, installed new plasterboard and plaster skimmed the ceiling. They then painted it. At the end of each day they cleared all dust and materials and left the house spotless. Every facet of their work was excellent and completed within the accepted quote and to time. I cannot fault their work or the manner in which Alex & Anton conducted themselves throughout. They were always courteous and pleasant to deal with. I would have no hesitation using their services again or recommending then to a third party.

Alex came round and identifying the problem straight away, he was very polite professional and a true gentleman in his conduct, he completed the job to a high standard. i would not hesitiate to recommend Alex for any building work int he future and I will call him for future work

I would like to express my delight in the job that ALM construction have carried out, extending my kitchen. Very professional, tidy and always positive and competent. They know how to overcome any single issue may arise.

I was really impressed with the conversion Alex and his colleagues carried out on my property. I wanted the property split into two flats and and they did all of the work apart from a few finishing touches I wanted to do myself. The quality of the work was good and I would happily use them again. The price I paid for the work was very reasonable.

AML Construction removed some decking and garden steps from my back garden. It wasn't a huge job but the were very efficient, they tidied up any mess they had made and took the rubbish away with them. Their price was reasonable and I would hire them again.

I am very pleased with what he did - he rewired a flat for me and decorated and both jobs were immaculately done to a very high standard. He has also done some more work for me in the same block, which I was also very pleased with and I am hoping that he will do more work for me in the future. I can give him a key and he will get on with it. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Alex came and sorted out my heating and he was fantastic. He arrived on time and he did a really good job - quickly! He's very approachable and well presented. It was just me and my one year old in the house and I felt completely comfortable to have him here. I would definitely recommend him, without a doubt.
