I hired the company for rear extension, first floor extension, garage conversion and new kitchen with wall removals. Omer and his team did an excellent job and finished on time. They were very professional and I would certainly recommend them for any types of building works.

Omer and his team were absolutely fantastic. They transformed the back of our house - new kitchen, converted our under stairs cupboard to the toilet room and converted an external old out-building at the back of our house to an internal laundry room. They were polite, punctual and the quote was competitive. I’d highly recommend Omer for building projects.

Omer was very punctual from day one. The quality of work was exceptional. They converted my sitting room into a kitchen with brand new electrics. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent job! Mister Omer Farooq, the manager of Aitchison Development Construction Limited, and all of his worker, really did an excellent job. He provided me with accurate estimates, both in terms of costs and time. This was a large project, not only dormer loft conversion, but also full renovations of the whole house (roofing, plumbing, electrics, moving walls, changing internal layout, building 3 toilets, laying new flooring, installing new kitchen, new boiler, new radiators ...). He claimed he could make it at an affordable price and within a few monts ...and guess what? He really kept all of his promises! He's highly professional and followed the works meticulously throught the whole development. He's been always providing the best advice about which materials and finishings to buy and when. He completed my project within the range of the estimated costs ... even earlier than he promised. He delivered outstanding results. Absolutely recommended!

Big disappointment overall. Botch job, under skilled workers. Refused to correct bad installation and gaslighted customer . Customer contacted Omer, who completely ignored customer. Damage made to the main sewer which collapsed needing urgent repair. and they left big hole in the floor around the toilet. Toilet sewage waste leaked in bathroom leaving it hazardous zone. Rat infestation caused due to big holes left in the floor in kitchen. Leaks in roof causing ceiling damage. Cracks in walls and ceiling Damaged private personal property . Hire at your own risk ⚠️

Would definitely recommend Omer and his team. They fitted my en suite and main bathroom. The team were professional and friendly, with good attention to detail. The price was competitive considering the Covid backlog - was relaxed about the completion of the job as I was grateful Omer squeeze me in his busy schedule. Many thanks to you all 🙏.

Project was completed within 3 months as previously indicated. Work was done to our specification and are pleased with the final product. It is important to have a knowledgeable contractor who thinks outside the box when needed. Mr "O" emphasised in the finishing quality in all aspects of the extension. Omer managed the job well and brought a high skilled builder to do the work. The job took two days and the builder did a very thorough and detailed job.

I was very pleased with the quality and finish of the work done in renovating my cloakroom. Omer is a most helpful and reliable person to deal with and understood exactly what was needed for the job. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in future.
