remove damp ceiling to fix leak
Did not complete a job as required and has not honored the work undertaken, left rubbish, paintwork fallen off as dampness in wall is still an issue and has not put back the tile that was to be done at a later stage, the original problem still exists with more severe dampness and mold on a wall after taking out and redoing the shower tiles. Has said that he does not intend coming back to rectify the problems after misleading us to believe that he was away and now tells us that he has left the business. I am very disappointed and to be honest feel unsure of who to trust, plus we are out of pocket.
Answer from tradesperson:
The original job was a ceiling which was completed on time and the client was happy,I was then asked to do extra work which involved re tiling and grouting a shower cubicle with they were also happy with ,then I got asked to do verious bits and bobs while I'm there ,which I did then I got asked to do more freebies and I said no and the client got nasty and said he would leave a bad feedback I am dissapointed in this but hope future clients will go on all my good feedback as my reputation means a lot to me
