Gary arrived relatively promptly and was courteous enough. He prepped the wall perfectly fine. After hanging a second vertical strip of wallpaper, it was very obvious that a) it had not been applied correctly (lots of bubbling across the paper) and b) he had not pattern matched the paper. I asked Gary to fix the issue since it was not pattern matched to which he replied “this isn’t going to work” and decided to down tools and leave. He has also ruined a roll of wallpaper that he has not compensated for. He agreed the pattern wasn’t matched then quickly backtracked. I appreciate sometimes things don’t work out and I have never written negative feedback about another workman on here. But please stay away from Gary. He even then started to comment that “MyBuilder seems to attract a certain type of client” then went on to say they tend to be cheap and too high on expectation. Frankly, I don’t take well to being called cheap (never negotiated with him) and I certainly don’t take well to tradesmen not making whole on their agreed works. No doubt he will comment here in response to say I was standing two cm away from the wall and only then could I make a judgement, but equally this is my home and he has agreed to undertake works to do it correctly. If you can’t do that, don’t do it at all. Please stay away from Gary and choose someone else.

I contacted Genty on behalf of my Aunt who had a problem with a drainpipe. He went round to check it out and give a quote, but it was something he could do there and then. Milan renovated my 2 bedroom flat replacing the kitchen, bathroom and painting throughout. He is a very friendly and approachable person who kept me updated often throughout the process. His workmanship is of a good standard and he kept the flat and all his equipment very tidy and clean. He is very trustworthy and hardworking and if I had any questions, he would answer them straight away. If I wasn't happy with anything, he would rectify immediately. I would recommend Milan and am pleased with what he has done.

I hired Krystian to complete a paint job for my flat at the last minute. I was extremely pleased to see the final results. Klodjan did a fantastic job painting the outside window frames of our first floor flat. We are very pleased with the outcome and of the whole experience of dealing with him. Klodjan was very fair with the price - particularly based on the high standard of work that he delivered too. Klodjan came to give me a quote within a couple of days of posting the job and started the job a couple of days later. The work was completed over 2 days - this was done without any fuss and he was very accommodating when I informed him that I wouldn't be in for one of the days. Klodjan left the place spotless afterwards - I would definitely recommend using him. Thanks for a great job!
