Simon has done a brilliant job redoing my decking. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. When he came round to quote he brought lots of samples of various types of decking board, which was a fantastic way to help me visualise how the area could look. He had some great ideas and seemed to genuinely care about doing the job well. I opted for a composite decking board and it looks fantastic! I couldn't be happier. The area has been completely transformed. Simon is a perfectionist and had a solution for all the little 'surprises' that popped up during the job. The work was completed in really good time and the area was left spotless upon completion. I definitely recommend Smith Property and hope to use them again in future.

Latest review:Extensions-It took us a while to find the right builder and so glad we chose David Bray (Brayfields). We had some struggles with engineering and design and David came up with much better solutions. His trades were overall really friendly and David resolved any issues that came up. David went above and beyond and was very fair around pricing when normal changes came along. We has built us the house we dreamed of and it great to work with someone with years of experience who knew the solutions to any problems that came up. David's quoting and billing process was very detailed and always accurate. I would like to especially call out Charles and Sara for always being very helpful and friendly!!

Price-wise, he was in the middle ground of the quotes we received, but he is a complete perfectionist and the work throughout the project was of an impeccable standard. Most importantly, Roy came in absolutely on-budget. We did go slightly over, but only because we changed our mind on certain things during the project- underfloor heating (if you haven’t budgeted for it, it’s a must!). Roy’s contractors are all incredibly committed, turning up when they say they will (even Sundays) and tidying up after themselves. Equally, they were considerate with the neighbours and great with our young son. Our build presented many challenges for Roy and his team, however these were all dealt with the minimum of fuss and intrusion. Roy was always happy to answer queries, no matter how obscure and kept us informed throughout of any issues. Despite several obstacles, the work was completed on time as well. I can say with complete sincerity, that I will happily recommend Roy and would definitely employ him again for any future work.

Latest review:New Builds-I have no hesitation in highly recommending Neil and his team. They completed our house and detached garage to a high standard, and all with a very clear fixed-price contract. Communication was good throughout the build, with Neil often suggesting workarounds and improvements to the original drawings that we believe has given us a better house at a competitive price. Neil is always polite, and keeps a tidy work site. I wish him the very best in the future, and would always invite him to quote for any future building work.
