As a family, moreover, as a client, we enjoyed having Mark and his team around during the build - especially as we managed a bustling household during the conversion. His communication was exemplary, and he made sure he spoke about his schedule and what work was being undertaken each day, his weekly targets, or any problems he was experiencing. He was open and honest with any requests for changes to a design and was most helpful when talking through such practicalities and costs. His knowledge and attitude were top-notch, and I always felt welcome to approach him to see progress and make enquiries during the build - I never felt like I was imposing or interfering, and nothing was ever too much trouble, even if my ideas were terrible, and he gave brilliant cost-saving ideas and alternative suppliers when designing an ensuite. Mark is a reliable, honest, punctual and friendly tradesman through and through.

The work was undertaken quickly with minimal disturbance and completed to a very high standard. This was the first time I have had building work done to my property and Nick understood my requirements and used his expertise to help produce a layout for the room and en-suite which met my expectations. He also dealt with the building control aspects of the work which was a real help and was always at the end of a phone if I had any queries. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend using GG Property Developers.

Dave did a lovely job on what we asked him to do and I will be getting in touch with him again for other jobs. Very pleased with the work. We had a few issues with the job but he took the time to explain in full and give various options.
The team arrived on time, both jobs done very well ,very quickly, and at good price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Latest review:Conversions - General-We hired ARC Renovations to convert an upstairs space from a small bedroom, corridor and stairs into one large bedroom with access to an existing bathroom. From the first meeting with Chris I could tell that he totally understood what we wanted and he was able to book us in quickly. Throughout the job we had many obstacles to overcome with the build including plenty we threw in at the last minute. Chris never flinched or moaned, he gave sensible solutions and was happy to help make sure we got what we wanted. I was also really impressed with the fact that having spotted an issue I was unhappy with I heard Chris telling his team to fix it before I'd had chance to tell him about it, showing he totally understood how important the athletics of the job were to us. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his team, they were a pleasure to have around and did an amazing job!
