After speaking with a number of previous customers we had every confidence in Jay's ability to do the job. In the demolition stage Jay would often suggest ideas which our architect hadn't put forward. He is extremely good at recognising ways to improve and optimise spaces. We felt he treated the project like it was his own home. Jay was well organised and fair with pricing. We are extremely happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

It was finished to a very high standard and very quickly considering there was so much to do Loft/Kitchen/Garage conversion. They were very professional throughout and nothing was ever a problem, they always had a solution for everything and were all very polite. I would say they are one in a million, both neighbours and BC were also very impressed as we were because they were so organised and they always had a big team onsite which was very pleasing to see. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to undertake building work. Great builders and great people!!!

I am extremely pleased with the result! I heavily researched builders before choosing Kaca Construction. The service was brilliant! The team always arrived on time and completed each stage of my project perfectly. This was the first building project that I have done (a loft conversion - hip to gable with dormer). Elson helped so much – from project planning, to connecting me with reliable suppliers - his advice was always reliable, clear and priceless. Elson was also very flexible, he always listened and tailored the project to my specific needs. I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend Kaca Construction and would definitely work with them again in the future. Excellent service and top quality work!
If you want to be Dragged, Lied and let down and want to hear list of silly excuses like my car not working,staff drunk and wont wake up,going to wedding, phone not working etc etc.The WOREST possible builder you can think off. They come rip your house apart and let you beg them to complete. A complete nightmare. They give you 2 months but won't finish in months. If he put new shower it has no pressure. But taps work fine. If he puts new doors it doesn't close If he put laminate it's not locked properly If he puts windows he breaks the glass If he put toilet he cracks it and then LIES to your face that it was broken before. If he put shower enclosure he can't seal it properly Absolute nightmare. I had given him a job for dormer and extension and its messed up nothing is complete. He even lies about building control that they said all is good until you receive email from them with all the objection they raised. So please be CAUTIOUS with your house and the money you pay this guy. If LIES had a degree he would have PHD in it.

I had my loft boarded up and sealed with cladding to create storage space. I also had a light put in and a loft ladder. I am very happy with the result.
