Latest review:Kitchen Fitting-We were really happy with the work Jake did for us. When on site we were kept in the loop of everything that was going on and he was great with keeping the disruption to a minimum. Despite not having a working kitchen for a month, we barely went a day without a dishwasher or washing machine which made it much easier to deal with. Jake has a vast knowledge of kitchen installations and was able to help us make the decisions we needed whilst professionally delivering the project to a quality level. A number of sub-contractors were on site (Plasterer, Builder, Electrician and Gas engineer), all were really great and respected our home whilst also delivering to a quality standard. We were really impressed with the forecasting of both the cost and timeframe, neither moved from the projections which made it very easy to plan financially and timewise. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Jake to anyone looking for similar renovations.

Latest review:Kitchen Fitting-They did an excellent job of fitting our extractor fan on a slanted ceiling and venting it out of the roof. However...after coming out to see the job they originally quoted £480 (similar to another quote we had) but when it was done sent us a bill for £990 because it took longer than anticipated (more than double!!!). We contested it and got it it down to £850. We also waited quite a long time for them to get all the right people in at the same time, but it was a complicated job. We're happy with how the extractor has been fitted, it looks great, but it retrospect probably we should have gone with the other quote! So in summary, great work but expect to pay significantly more than the quote

Latest review:Kitchen Fitting-James completed some plastering work in our kitchen, the finish of which is terrible. We didn't have time to ask for it to be redone, as the kitchen was being refitted the following week. I asked on numerous occasions for the radiators to be removed before the plastering was done, but this didn't happen and even in areas where there were no obstacles, the finish is very uneven. I get the impression the work we needed done was relatively small compared to other jobs and it therefore didn't get the care and attention it deserved. It was just seen as a quick job to slot in between others. After care has also been extremely poor, James wanting to charge extra to come back and rectify snagging issues.
