Alternatively we can cut off the stud and dress the top to leave a smooth finish, we don't have to fully remove the studs.

There are some slabs that we have in our garden their foundations are starting to go, and they have become loose and will soon tip forward if someone steps on them.
I think some cement should secure them, the length is about 10m.
