Hello, I am looking to install an engineered wood floor. The flat is roughly 50sqm. The current floor is laminate on concrete. I would also like skirting to be installed in the same material.

Laminate flooring already put in 2 main rooms and small hall but builder unable to complete job. Levelling work needed in bedroom and hall as well as the trim leading into kitchen. Also, bits of laminate flooring missing in hall and bedroom.
