Customer description

Downstairs utility/toilet sink and pedestal removed, to be replaced (by us) with kitchen units and washing machine. We have the sink & taps, and worktop but need plumbing of new stainless steel 'kitchen' sink and washing machine. Currently hot and cold water and single drainage tube below where the sink is to be positioned.
