Customer description

Water was found to be getting under the flooring in the shower room and making its way out into the inner hallway of the property. Have stopped using the shower, as I am under the impression that there must be a problem under the shower tray. Have removed the laminate flooring to allow the floor to dry out. No leaking has occurred since I stopped using the shower.

Home insurance have instructed me to find a plumber who is able to come out and locate where the leak is coming from. Insurance will require an invoice for the cost to locate, trace & access and repair.

The property is a bungalow.
