Job description

I've just bought a property and the original wooden sash windows have been left to rot so I now need to restore them.

2x Just need minor repairs 4x Have rotten outer frames and need repairing

I have attached images of each of these windows. The outward facing part of the frames are very rotten so I'd also like some advice on how to deal with the frames. Please could you give me an indicative costing for supply and fit.
