Customer description
During the storm on the 19 of February, we lost an end Ridge tile. Adjacent roof tiles may have been damaged as well. Our insurance company sent out an emergency team to make sure it was safe and weatherproff. All okay just needs the damaged tiles replacing. The insurance company have asked us to arrange for repairs and pay for it.

Ken checked the status of the roof and made me happy it wasn't an emergency but needed to be fixed.
Then just a case of waiting for his team to be free and they came over today to see what they needed specifically to do the job, went and got what they needed and returned within an hour and completed the task.
