We chose Aidan Developments Ltd because we were impressed by the Managing Director Kevin Maloney when he came to discuss our plans, and how his firm could manage the project. We have had a reconfiguration and enlargement of the kitchen (including fitting new units and appliances), a garden room, a utility room, an extra toilet, a storage facility and a porch. This has involved demolishing some parts and rebuilding to a higher standard. We also added a new roof with new gutters and drains.
The work started exactly on the date arranged.
We have appreciated the excellent communication throughout. Kevin has responded positively and without delay to every query, change of plans, additional requests, and unexpected problems. The men working with him have been pleasant and helpful, as well as trustworthy and respectful. The work has been carried out to a high standard, and we are very pleased with the final result.
There have been some issues with the supply of materials which have held up some stages, but we have been kept informed of these issues and the efforts to resolve them. Talking with other people this is a common problem at the moment.
The finished project is even better than we had hoped, and we are excited to be moving back into the lovely new part of our home.
