Customer description

There is a steady drip just started coming through the kitchen ceiling. Directly above is the walk-in bathroom shower. There were issues when fitting a new shower with the plumber and the pipes may have been put under some strain ... but that was about 9 months ago. One of the shower tiles has cracked on top of the shower tray ... but the tray was fully lined with several layers of some kind of sealant (though this was 12 years ago). We need someone to come ASAP as we are meant to be going on holiday on Wednesday.
