Customer description

We received planning permission for our single storey rear extension in October last year. It is a terraced, ground floor flat in Tooting London. We have worked with our architect to produce the final tender pack which we can share along with the copy of the planning permission, Existing Drawings, Proposed Drawings, structural calculations and proposed building control drawings. We would be ready to start in 1-2 weeks.

The works we are seeking to undertake are: • Demolition of existing single storey extension (16m2) • Erection of proposed single storey extension (28m2) • Erection of stud wall in existing living room to create second bedroom • Removal of all bathroom fixtures
