Apologies you feel this way but your review isn't a true reflection on what happened.

Our office staff called to see if there was any possibility we could rearrange due to ongoing issues with staff and covid. Businesses like ours are really suffering at the moment.

Instantly you became aggressive and rude towards Hannah, I hope that makes you feel better by the way. We then tried to call back as you felt the need to write a negative review even when we tried our best to rearrange staff to install at your original time slot.

It's such a shame we now have 3 negative reviews from jobs we haven't installed. The damaging affect this has on future work is huge.
