Customer description

We have an area of wall approx 4m x 1.5m on the ground floor side of our old Victorian house, where the mortar urgently needs replacing. We had it done several years ago now, with lime mortar, but that has subsequently fallen out, and we think it was rather a ‘bodge’ job and it now needs completely re-doing properly. The rest of the house had been repointed with cement many years ago, and that is fine, but this older patch of wall requires attention, to make it sound again. I can send photos if required. I appreciate that the job cannot be done at this time of year, but I want to get a plan in place as soon as possible, so that the wall is fixed at some point this year when the conditions are right.
