• Repair: Repointing of chimney, lead lining (not current existent) and replacement of tiles around the chimney

Customer description

We need to have repairs done to the chimney area of the roof. There is currently no lining around the chimney and it is in need of repointing. Currently this causes damp in the rooms below.

We'd also like the tiles around the chimney replaced to enable to tiling to be put in. It is quite an old roof with no lining underneath, just tiles held in by pegs.
