TXL (Colin Lord and his team) did an excellent job converting our external store into an integrated spare room. Colin was extremely responsive, and helpful, completing the work within the agreed budget, despite having to sandwich work between periods when the property was let to holiday makers. He provided regular updates and photos, so we were able to see the progress being made. The site was left clean and tidy, and the area around the new internal door was painted to match the adjoining the area. I would definitely use TXL again, and am happy to recommend to others.
