Feedback for JTE Smartenergy LTD
Didn't complete work but didn't tell me. Found out 4 months later. Didn't insulate pipes as per quote but when I queried this they said (wrongly) that plastic pipes don't need insulation. Offered a partial refund on exact area they didn't do leaving me to find another contractor to finish work. Emailed Stephen Crow but he didn't reply.
