Vented tile needed and to be installed for fan - Roofing (Pitched) job in Exeter, Devon

Job description

I need to put a duct from a van and out through the roof. So I need a tile with a vent / hole ? Installed to allow me to do this. Not a massive job but one that I would like done professionally.
