Small area to be skimmed

Customer description

A part of the ceiling plaster (roughly 100 x 60 cm2) fell down in a tenement flat (heigh of ceiling about 3.2m). The area is in the corner above a window. There is no ingress of water evident. We need the plasterboard to be replaced in that part and skimmed to make the ceiling whole again. I can send a picture on request. Please quote and provide your availability. Thank you.

Simon did a great job! He replaced the ceiling in the living room in an Edinburgh tenament and skimmed it ready for painting. He was able to fit us in quickly. He started the job when agreed and completed the job within 3 days, as promised. Everything went according to plan. We are very happy with the result. He and his team also cleaned up afterwards.
