Job description
We have not got any hot water. 1) Daytime electric Immersion heater has stopped working, 2) 'Cheap night rate' system has stopped working.

Agreed to come and test boiler. Quickly found the fault and rectified it. Jose also sorted out, on the spot, an unrelated problem (not mentioned in my job description). He charged a very reasonable fee for his time.
I will use Jose whenever I need an electrician.
