• Extension: Basic outline plans (for quotes and planning application)

Customer description

I live in a 3 storey, semi-detached town house. I am looking to have a single-storey extension built on the side of the property. This needs to consist of 2 rooms, a utility room and a 'work from home' office space. Initially I would like some basic plans to get builders quotes, but then proceeding onto full plans in the future. Also, if you could advise whether this project would need planning permission or just building regs would be very much appreciated.
