1. demolition of entire rear wall and installation of a steel picture frame - ground floor level
2. demolition of internal load bearing wall and installation of a steel frame - ground + first floor
3. demolition of a chimney breast and installation of a steel support frame - this is to be connected to the steel frame from item 2
