Customer description

The problem is with the water pressure. We have had Anglian Water visit because of the very low water pressure. They have advised to remove the pressure valve that was installed by the developers as it is not necessary and is causing the low water pressure. Apparently other households have complained about this too and they have advised the removal as a solution.
