Hi, We have a flat roof about 20metres long and about 1metre wide, this flat roof forms part of the main roof and can be accessed from a double extending ladder, the flat roof can be walked on, probably best to access from a tower scaffold.
I'm guessing that the OSB underneath has rotted and the existing felt has failed as we have damp patches on out bathroom ceiling Someone is home everyday
