Cut channel in front of rear extension - Groundwork & Foundations job in Chiswick, West London

Job description

  • General garden earthworks

Customer description

Garden has high ground which is causing damage to extension brickwork. Would like to cut a channel in front of the extension, and ultimately fill with pea shingle for better water drainage.

There are wooden railway sleepers pressing up against the brickwork, and then the rest of the garden is paved, with concrete below it. The sleepers are accessible but need a few inches of tile and concrete cutting across the width of the garden to get them out. The width of the garden is only about 10/12ft wide.

Cheers,

Charlie
