I bought the house in 2015 and had the basement tanked.

Had the wall ties done in 2018 and since then some small damp patches on external wall.

Partially flooded the basement whilst it was unattended in first lockdown in 2020. Dried out with dehumidifier, re-painted and used stain block but large sections of damp keep recurring. Have had it checked twice with no real improvement or useful suggestions to fix it.
