Terrible. Hedge trimming was done very poorly - they hardly trimmed it properly and it’s in no shape now. Even the bushes cleaning is not done in a neat way. There are bits left in many places. I wanted them to dig deeper into some of the bush roots, but he said they don’t do it. Well he should have made this clear before taking the job since I was clear with my requirements. When asked about why all these are not done, rather than going into a meaningful discussion, he started saying he does not have time and needs to get back to his wife and child and his partner needs to get back for football (note: they were at my place at 12.30pm and football was at 8pm). Why did he take the job if he did not have time. There was no compromise on money though. The work shows how much they were rushing with it.
Worst of all, they cut my WiFi wire (outside my garden office) while cleaning the bushes. Absolutely no care into the work they do. They just want to get it done with and get the money.
Terrible experience. Wish I had called someone else.
