Customer description

I have a leaky connection where the copper feed pipe joins the tap thread under the bathroom wash basin, the plastic 20mm flanged under nut which holds the tap firm in the basin hole broke into three as I tried to tighten it as the tap was starting to move when used, I think this must have been when the leak started as the tap was now not secured! So it needs an under nut to secure it and the joint resealing to watertight!
